It is an admitted fact that land in Jarakabandekaval Village was acquired in the year 1979, and a layout known as 'Nandini Layout' has already been - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:13068 WP No. 9280 of 2017 formed by the Bangalore Development Authority. It is cannot be disputed at the hands of the petitioner that the Nandini Layout was also formed long ago and roads also have been formed long ago and sites have been allotted and many allottees have constructed their houses. The petitioner is unable to point out to any document to show the immediate cause for the petitioner to have filed this writ petition. 3. In that view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent- Bangalore Development Authority, that if at all it intends to form any road, at this juncture, on the property belonging to the petitioner, the same shall be done only in accordance with law after issuing prior notice to the petitioner.
