GP FOR SCHOOL EDUCATION (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “ to declare the inaction of the respondents in permitting the Petitioner Society to fill up the vacant aided both teaching and non reaching posts as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently, direct the respondents to permit the Petitioner Society to fill up the vacant aided both teaching and non teaching posts as per rules.” 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education placed on record, a photo copy of the Proceedings issued by the respondent No.3-Regional Joint Director dated 14.03.2024 to the effect that the Government granted permission to fill up the Aided posts by following due process of law and that no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition. 2 3.
