Taking into account the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Petition can be closed. 3. Mr. N. Angami, learned Senior Government Advocate appearing on Page No.# 3/3 behalf of the State respondent nos. 1 to 4 submits that as the petitioner no. 1 is entitled to the pension the same shall be duly provided in view of the issuance of the PPO. 4.
