Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J. The petitioner claims that he was working in the respondent co-cooperative society. Due to insufficiency of pleadings in the record before this Court, there is nothing to establish the manner/mode of recruitment and nature of the appointment of the petitioner. The petitioner claims that he was suspended from service on 30.07.1993 on account of pendency of criminal case which was instituted against him as Case Crime No. 339 of 1993 under Sections 408, 409, 477A, 204 I.P.C. Police Station Ichauli, district Meerut. The petitioner had earlier approached this Court against the order of suspension by instituting Writ A No. 5360 of 1994 (Pradeep Singh Vs. District Assistant Registrar and others) which was dismissed by order dated 10.05.2010. The petitioner sat over the matter for years. The petitioner has again approached this Court in the year 2025. There is no satisfactory explanation for the delay. The petitioner has not been diligent in the prosecution of his cause. The writ petition is barred by delay and laches.
