Having heard learned counsel for the parties and for the reasons stated in the present C.M.P, W.P.(C) No.6828 of 2018 is restored to its original file and stage, subject to the condition that the petitioners remove the remaining defects, as pointed out by the office, by 31st of January, 2025 and pay cost of Rs.500/- in favour of the Advocate’s Clerks Association Welfare Fund, Jharkhand High Court, Ranchi within the said period. 3.
