At the outset, Sri Sandeep Kumar Srivastava, counsel for the applicants prays for withdrawal of the present application on behalf of applicant no. 2. 2. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn on behalf of applicant no. 2. 3. The present application has been filed with the prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant no. 1 in Case Crime No. 555 of 2024, under Sections 76, 352 of B.N.S. and Section 7/8 of POCSO Act, Police Station Gajraula, District- J.P. Nagar (Amroha). 4. After arguing the matter at some length, counsel for the applicants prays for withdrawal of the present bail application with liberty to the applicant no. 1 to file regular bail application before the Court of competent jurisdiction. 5. In view of the above, this application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant no. 1 to surrender before the concerned court and file regular bail application, which shall be decided in the light of decision rendered in Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
