O R D E R:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“….to issue an order or direction one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned removal order vide Proceedings in C.No.11/PR/2017, dated 13.09.2019 including the Impugned Suspension
Order in D.O.No.747/18 (C.No.10/PR/18) dated 28.08.2018 issued by the 1st respondent are illegal, arbitrary, unjust, improper and violation of Article 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India and besides being opposed to Rules 20 to 24 of the C.C.A.Rules, and set-aside Consequently hold that the petitioner is entitled to be reinstated into service with continuity of service with all consequential benefits…”

learned counsel for the writ petitioner would submit that the learned counsel for the writ petitioner on record issued No Objection Certificate one year ago, and the matter is posted under the caption ‘for dismissal’. But, the petitioner did not choose to prosecute the writ petition.

4. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
