Heard Mr. Moa Jamir, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. Livika, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3 and Mr. N. Mozhui, learned counsel for the respondent No. 4. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner intends to challenge the resolution adopted in Dan Trustee Board Meeting held on 28th of August, 2018 regarding the date of effect of the ceiling of Rs.20 Lakh in respect of payment of gratuity to the retired employees of Development Authority, Nagaland and for that he prays for allowing the petitioner to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to file afresh. 3.
