Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners has furnished a copy of Proceedings of the District Educational Officer, SPSR Nellore District vide R.C.No.5776/B2/2024, dated 04.01.2025 along with Promotion-Annexure, wherein at Sl.No.1 and Sl.No.4, the petitioners herein are promoted. Therefore, the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed by the respondents No.1 and 4 and no further orders are required for adjudication in the present writ petition and hence the same may be closed. 3. Learned Government Pleader for the respondents does not refute the said submission. 4. Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
