JUSTICE KAKHETO SEMA ORDER Date : 03-06-2025 Heard Mr. E. Thiba Phom, the learned Government Advocate for the State/applicant. The present application has been filed seeking for extension of time for complying with the order dated 27.09.2024 passed by this Court in WP(C)/221/2024. By the order dated 27.09.2024, WP(C)/221/2024 was disposed by this Court with a direction to the State respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in terms of the scheme framed for regularization and notified by the OM dated 17.03.2015 and to bring the process to its logical conclusion as expeditiously as possible, preferably on or before 31.01.2025. The ground stated for extension of time is recited in paragraphs 2 and 3 of the application. This Court having considered the submission made by the learned Government Advocate as well as on perusal of the application is inclined to extend the period to the State respondents to comply with the order dated 27.09.2024 by further 4 (four) months time effective from today. It is made clear that there shall be no further extension of time and Page No.# 3/3 the State respondents shall comply with the order dated 27.09.2024 passed in WP(C)/221/2024 within the time extended by this Court.
