Case No. 172 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 329(4), 64, 351(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Ms. Smriti Tripathi, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih. 3. In the night of 04.10.2024, the petitioner is alleged to have entered into the house of the informant and raped her. 4. It was submitted that the parties have settled their dispute. 5. Miss. Apurva, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has submitted that the informant has instituted this case against the petitioner due to land dispute. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Smriti Tripathi, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih in connection with Bagodar P.S.
