Ranjeet Tyagi and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 470 of 2023, under Sections 307, 323, 325, 427, 504, 506 of I.P.C., Police Station- Afzalgarh, District- Bijnor, whereby, an application for discharge has been dismissed. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
