Baruah, J) This application has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act condoning the delay of 484 days in filing the accompanying appeal against the Judgment dated 11.12.2023 and the sentencing Order dated 12.12.2023 passed by the learned District and Sessions Judge cum Special Judge POCSO, Kohima, Nagaland in GR Case No. 11/2020. 2. We have duly perused the contents of the said application and the reasons so assigned. We are of the opinion that the reasons so assigned constitutes sufficient cause for condoning the delay of 484 days under Section 5 of the Limitation Act. 3.
