JUSTICE PRANJAL DAS ORDER 02.09.2025 Heard Ms. H. Zeliang, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. Inaholi, learned Govt. Advocate appears for all the respondents. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that in the meantime, the order dated 17.02.2025 passed by this Court in WP(C)153(K)/2023 has been complied and in support of this, a copy of the letter dated 25.08.2025 has been placed. The aforesaid order passed in writ petition in the operative para-15 had directed the respondents to examine whether the petitioner was discharging same duties as discharged by regular Grade-IV and take a decision as to whether the petitioner can be granted minimum scale of pay in that regard. It transpires from the document dated 25.08.2025 that upon such consideration, the petitioner has been found to be covered by the office memorandum dated 05.03.2025 regarding such minimum scale of pay. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the order passed by this Court in the writ petition stands complied and the petitioner has no objection in regard to the same.
