SL. No. Date Office Notes, reports, orders or proceedings or directions and Registrar’s order with Signatures COURT’S OR JUDGE’S ORDERS WPMS No. 3259 of 2016 Hon'ble Rakesh Thapliyal, J. None appears for the petitioner. Mr. Tarun Lakhera, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. From the relief, as sought in this petition, it appears that the matter relates to the award of contract in which respondent no. 3 was declared L1 in the bidding process. 3. Learned Standing counsel for the State also pointed out that the representation of the petitioner was also rejected by order impugned on 30.11.2016 which was preferred against respondent no. 3 who was declared to be black listed for 1 year which has already been expired and thereafter he participated in the fresh tender process in which he was declared L1. 4. It appears that due to efflux of time the relief as sought in this petition is now rendered infructuous. 5. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
