Learned Advocate, Mr. Shah, appearing for the applicant submitted that all the office objections shall be removed within two weeks and prayed that the main matter be restored. In view of the statement made by learned Advocate, Mr. Shah, at Bar, this application is allowed and the main matter is ordered to be restored to its original file, subject to the conditions that all the office objections shall be removed on, or before, 1st September, 2025.
