Mr. Vishwadeep Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General, accepts service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Case set up by the petitioner is that he was engaged as daily waged labourer on 20.07.1998 at Pangi, District Chamba. His services were regularized as Mali on 22.12.2021. Petitioner was posted in the office of Divisional Forest Officer, Una, and District Una. He joined as such at the assigned station. In August 2024, petitioner’s wife 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - encountered medical emergency. He, therefore, made request to the superior officers to transfer him to Pangi. Petitioner’s request was accepted and vide order dated 13.04.2024, he was sent to Pangi on temporary deployment. 3. Grievance of the petitioner is that his representation, Annexure P-4, seeking his permanent deployment at Pangi has not been considered by the respondents as yet. Petitioner has prayed for permanent deployment at Pangi in view of ailment being suffered by his wife. 4. In view of submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondents /Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable notification/policy within a period of two weeks from today.
