Heard Sri Bonu Rama Shankar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has placed on record a copy of the written instructions received from the 3'" respondent-Tahsildar. A perusal of the same would reflect that the respondents have not acquired the subject land, and the conversion of the land has also not been proposed so far. It is further stated that the Pattadar Passbooks were issued to the petitioner vide 1B Khata No. 460, and the same has been reflected in the Webland Adangals. It is further stated that the petitioner is the absolute owner of the said land. 3. The written instructions of the 3'^^ respondent-Tahsildar are placed on 4. record. 5. In view of the foregoing, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, all pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
