In the said report, it is stated :- "तत्क्रम मम ममा० न्यमायमालय दमारमा पमाररत आददेश ददनमानांक 14.05.2025 कदे सममादर मम प्रश्नगत आरमाजजी ननां0 179 रकवमा 0.105 हदे0 सदे सभजी दनममार्माण समामगजी हटमा दजी गयजी हहै तथमा बबोररनांग आदद कबो ध्वस्त कर भभूदम दबमा कर ममा० न्यमायमालय कदे आददेश कमा अननुपमालन कर ददयमा गयमा हहै। वतर्माममान मम प्रश्नगत आरमाजजी खमालजी हहै। (सनांलग्नकक -02 ममौकदे ककी फबोटबो)" The photographs of the spot have been appended to show that all remnants of the tubewell bore and structure have been extracted out and the land rendered as it was. In the circumstances, this petition is disposed of with the direction that since this is a public utility land, that is to say, a khalihan located in Gata No. 179/0.105 hectare and Gata No. 234/0.227 in Village Digahi, Tappa Khas, Pargana Tilpur, Tehsil Nichlaul, Maharajganj. It shall remain as a khalihan and shall not be constructed upon or its nature changed. Let this order be communicated to the Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Nichlaul, District Maharajganj and the Tehsildar, Tehsil Nichlaul, District Maharajganj through the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Maharajganj by the Registrar (Compliance).
