The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Gandey P.S. Case No. 37/2024, registered under sections 323, 324, 325, 341, 354(B), 307, 504, 506, 34 of I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Giridih. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that earlier petitioner has moved in A.B.A. No. 6866 of 2024 which was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 17.06.2025 and on the fresh ground present anticipatory bail application has been filed. . 4. Learned counsel for the State oppose the prayer and submits that earlier the anticipatory bail application of the petitioners has been dismissed as withdrawn and there is no fresh ground. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application with liberty to move before the learned court. 5.
