The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kuru P.S. Case No. 54 of 2025, registered under sections 123/103(1)/3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Lohardaga. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that so far petitioner is concerned, he is maternal uncle of one Suraj Mahto who is having relationship with the daughter of the informant and apart from that there is nothing in the F.I.R to suggest that this petitioner has administered poison in the food due to which death of the deceased has occurred. He further submits that in the F.I.R. itself it has come that family members have taken the deceased to the hospital. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegation of administering poison to the deceased is there pursuant to which death has occurred. 5. From perusal of contents of F.I.R, it appears that there is nothing to suggest how this petitioner has administered poison in the food however the food has been served by mother-in-law of the deceased. The ( 2025:JHHC:30612 ) petitioner is said to be maternal uncle of Suraj Mahto who is having relationship with daughter of the informant. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Lohardaga, in connection with Kuru P.S. Case No. 54 of 2025, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023. Dt.26.09.2025 ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) satyarthi-
