A perusal of the memo of parties reflects that the name of OFG Manufacturing Businesses Private Limited is not mentioned. It is submitted by learned counsels for respondent No.2 that Ofcons Projects and Services Pvt. Ltd. had undergone change of its name to OFG Manufacturing Businesses Private Limited. The certificate issued by Registrar of Companies was filed in the appeal. Moreover, this fact is also reflected in the submissions of learned counsel for petitioner in order dated 26.07.2022 passed by the Hon’ble Court. They undertake to file an affidavit alongwith certified copy issued by the Registrar of Companies reflecting change of name of respondent No.2. 3. Issue court notice to the Branch Manager, ICICI Bank Ltd., MG Road, DLF Phase-III, Gurgaon, Haryana, who may served through email, for assisting this court in relation to Fixed Deposit of ₹3.38 crores dated 07.01.2023, issued against account No.245113010908.
