The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioners for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 304-B, 34 of IPC, in connection with S.T. No. 429 of 2023 arising out Pithoria P.S. Case No. 177 of 2022. 3. It has been submitted that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the victim lady and as a matter of fact, this occurrence was a case of suicide but the petitioners have been falsely implicated and they are in custody since 15.11.2022 and there is no likelihood of early conclusion of trial. Accordingly, the bail may be granted to these petitioners who are aged about 67 years and 58 years respectively, at the time of filing of the bail application. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-XV, 2025:JHHC:26068 2 Ranchi in connection with S.T. No. 429 of 2023 arising out Pithoria P.S. Case No. 177 of 2022. 6. It is made clear that the petitioners shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and if any adverse report will come against the petitioners, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of the petitioners.
