When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the appellant/complainant submits that the appellant addressed a letter dated 18.03.2025 stating that he is not interested in prosecuting the present Criminal Appeal and requested to withdraw the same. Learned counsel filed a Memo, dated 19.03.2025, enclosing copy of the said letter addressed by the appellant/complainant. Accordingly, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Appeal. 3. Permission is granted. 4. Accordingly, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
