Case No. 74 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. No. 333 of 2024 for the offence registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and charge has been framed for the offences under Sections 379 and 382 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dumka. 3. On 04.11.2023, bag of the informant containing his ATM card, Bank statement, cheque book and other documents were snatched away by unknown persons from the premisses of State Bank of India, Jarmundi Bazar. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR nor he was put on test identification parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent. 6. Considering the fact that there is no cogent material available on record against the petitioner, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dumka, in connection with Jarmundi P.S.
