The present application u/s 528 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to issue a direction to the trial court to release the applicant after submitting personal bond and two sureties in nine cases; which are as under :- (i) Case Crime No. 199 of 2023, under Section 379 of I.P.C., Police Station Aung, District Fatehpur. (ii) Case Crime No. 198 of 2023, under Section 379 of I.P.C., Police Station Kalyanpur, District Fatehpur. (iii) Case Crime No. 303 of 2023, under Section 379 of I.P.C., Police Station Bindki, District Fatehpur. (iv) Case Crime No. 410 of 2023, under Section 379 of I.P.C., Police Station Bindki, District Fatehpur. (v) Case Crime No. 283 of 2023, under Section 379 of I.P.C., Police Station Kalyanpur, District Fatehpur. (vi) Case Crime No. 255 of 2023, under Section 379 of I.P.C., Police Station Kalyanpur, District Fatehpur. (vii) Case Crime No. 180 of 2023, under Section 379 of I.P.C., Police Station Aung, District Fatehpur. (vii) Case Crime No. 04 of 2024, under Section 379 of I.P.C., Police Station Radhnagar, District Fatehpur. (ix) Case Crime No. 06 of 2025, under Section 109 of BNS, 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Kalyanpur, District Fatehpur. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that last bail order in favour of the applicant is passed on 10.02.2025. It is further submitted that the applicant is a poor person. Applicant has no means to submit sureties as ordered in bail orders. Applicant has been roped up in nine cases in a row. It is further submitted that all the cases are same in nature. It is further submitted that all nine cases are related to Police Stations Aung, Kalyanpur, Bindki and Radhanagar of District Fatehpur. It is further submitted that applicant has been granted bail in all nine cases by concerned Sessions Court, Fatehpur. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the concerned Magistrate is directed to release the applicant in all nine cases related to Police Stations Aung, Kalyanpur, Bindki and Radhanagar of District Fatehpur on the basis of personal bond of Rs.50,000/- and two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned. The instant application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. stands disposed of.
