This application has been preferred for modification of the order dated 27.06.2024 passed in Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 625 of 2024. The modification which has been sought for is with respect to paragraph 4 of the order dated 27-6-2024. 3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, although the F.I.R. and other documents mention that the petitioner is a member of the Aman Singh Group, the same has been inadvertently recorded as the Aman Sahu Gang. 4. Accordingly, the order dated 27-6-2024 passed in Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 625 of 2024 is modified to the extent that in paragraph 4 of the said order, “Aman Sahu Gang” shall now be read as “Aman Singh Group”. 5.
