ORDER:
The present writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“…to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction preferably a writ in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd and 3rd respondents in issuing both letter No.APEDCET- 2023/SPOTADMNS/CAT-A/04, dated 02.04.2024 in respect of Category „A‟ Seats/Spot Admissions (Convener left over seats) and instructions (undated) for filling up Category 'B' Seats pertaining of conversation in the courses of Methodology such as Mathematics, physical Sciences, Biological Science, Social Studies and English and preventing the petitioner Colleges in conducting the Category A' Seats/Spot Admissions and Category 'B' Seats (Management Quota) admissions for the APEDCET 2023 resulting in unfilling of vacancies in those Category 'B' Seats (Management Quota 25% seats) and to declare the same as illegal, arbitrary and unjustified, violative of Article 14 and19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the 2nd and 3rd Respondents both the letter No.APEDCET- 2023/SPOT ADMNS/CAT-A/04 Dated 02.04.2024 and pass such other order or orders as this Hon‟ble Court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
2. This Court vide order, dated 01.08.2024 directed the respondents to allow the petitioner institution to make admissions in the Management and Spot Admission quota for B.Ed., Courses for the academic year 2023-24 without referring to G.O.Ms.No.31, School Education, dated 20.02.2008.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents complied with the direction given by this Court on 01.08.2024 and hence, no further orders are required in this matter and prayed to close the writ petition.
4. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and as nothing survives further to adjudicate the matter, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
