NO. 085-B2- 2018, dated 27-3-2018 issued by the 1st Respondent as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction and consequently set aside the same.” 2 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri J.Sudheer, learned counsel for the Respondent No.3 would submit that the Writ Appeal No.808 of 2018 was dismissed directing the Authorities to take up fresh DPC. 3. Despite the matter being listed under the caption ‘for dismissal’, none represented for the Petitioner. The docket proceedings dated 07.03.2025 also show that, none represented for the Petitioner. 4. In that view, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
