Prior to that petitioner stated to have worked with the respondent-utility, on contractual basis as Shift Operator from 01.12.1995 to 30.05.1998 and from 01.10.2004 to 15.08.2014. Petitioner has now stated to have made representation dated 08.05.2024 to the 5*^ respondent for consideration of his services as Shift Operators on contractual basis for the purpose of pensionary benefits and continuity of service etc., which is pending consideration. Heard Sri K.Dharma Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I for respondent No.1 and Sri V.V.Satish, learned Standing Counsel for respondent 2. ) Nos.2 to 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice to direct the 5*^ respondent to consider the same and pass 3. appropriate orders. 4. Sri V.V.Satish, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 5, on the other hand, submits that representation dated 08.05.2024, stated to have been submitted by petitioner, does not V 4 HCGRJ W.P. In view of aforesaid submissions, petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation within a period of two (02) weeks from today.
