Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner’s grievance is to the inquiry report at Annexure P-13. 2. During hearing of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner apprised that the impugned inquiry report has been acted upon by the competent authority i.e. the Additional District Magistrate, District Kullu and on consideration of the entire case, including the inquiry report, 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes - 2 - an order has been passed; Petitioner has assailed that order as well as the inquiry report before respondent No.2- the Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh. 3. Above being the admitted position, petitioner’s challenge in this writ petition to the inquiry report, Annexure P-13, is wholly misconceived. Petitioner has already taken recourse to Appellate remedy by assailing the inquiry report as well as consequential order passed thereupon. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition, since she has already availed the Appellate remedy.
