1. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s):- 10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records of the case from the possession of revenue authorities i.e. respondent No. 3 to 6 for its kind perusal and thereafter allow the petition.
2 10.2 That the Hon’ble Court may further be pleased to set aside the impugned order dated 02.06.2022 (Annexure P- 12) passed by the Board of Revenue Chhattisgarh and consequently the order of Commissioner, Surguja Division dated 26.02.2020 (Annnexure P-11) and the order of SDO (R ) Bhaiyathan dated 16.11.2017 (Annexure P-7). 10.3 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly further be pleased to direct the revenue authority to correct the record of Khasra No. 49 and 51 (Annexure P-1) in favour of petitioner. 10.4 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief or pass such other and further orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case in the interest of justice.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has purchased a land bearing Khasra No. 49, 51 area 1.30 hectare and 0.40 hectare situated at village Karauti but the identification of the land was not established and demarcation has not been done by the respondent-authorities.

On the other hand, learned State Counsel submits that with regard to demarcation of land, if the petitioner would file an application for demarcation before the concerned authorities, his application would be considered and the authorities concerned will demarcate the land in accordance with law.

Given the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file an application before the concerned authorities with four weeks and thereafter the concerned respondent-authorities including the Revenue Department of the State Government take necessary steps in getting the property of the petitioner duly demarcated physically in the presence of the petitioner and all concerned persons under Section 129 of CG Land Revenue Code in accordance with law.
