Sandhyarani, learned counsel and Mr. AK. Alina, learned counsel for the respondents. The present contempt petition is arisen out of the interim order dated 25-10-2024 passed by this Court in CRP(C.R.P. Art. 227) No. 41 of 2024. Mr. S.M. Fariz, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that CRP(C.R.P. Art. 227) No. 41 of 2024 is closed vide order dated 14-05-2026 in view of the order dated 09-05-2026 in WA No. 94 of 2023 passed in Lok Adalat. Since CRP(C.R.P. Art. 227) No. 41 of 2024 is closed, the cause of the contempt petition does not survive. Learned counsel for the respondents agree to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. Copies of the order dated 14-05-2026 in CRP(C.R.P. Art. 227) No. 41 of 2024 and Lok Adalat order dated 09-05-2026 in WA No. 94 of 2023 are taken on record.
