The instant petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking certain corrections / modification in the judgment dated 08.05.2025 passed in WA No. 307/2025 “Chief Executive Officer and Another Vs. Pankaj Kumar Tiwari and Others” by this Court. 3. From perusal of the judgment seeking corrections / modification, it transpires that there are certain typographical errors, which requires to be corrected. 4. Accordingly, instant MCC is allowed and the judgment dated 08.05.2025 passed in WA No. 307 of 2025 is modified to the extent indicated herein below :- (i) In paragraphs 2, 6 & 16, instead of words ‘respondent Nos. 6 & 7’, the same be read as ‘respondent Nos. 5 & 7’. (ii) In 3rd line of paragraph 6, instead of words ‘writ petitions were dismissed by the learned Single Judge’, the same be read as ‘writ petitions were allowed by the learned Single Judge’.
