Perused the record. 3.Applicant, who is first informant, has approached this Court by means of present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with the following prayer: "It is, therefore, Most Respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this application and direct to the court concerned for decide the special session trail no.1303 of 2023 arising out of case crime no.378 of 2023 under section 366, 376 I.P.C. and 3/4 Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012, Police Station- Paniyara, District- Maharajganj, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Exclusive Court (POCSO Act), Maharajganj, within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court, so that justice may be done, otherwise the applicant shall suffer irreparable loss." 4. After some arguments, it transpires that necessary documents have not been appended alongwith this application. Therefore, the delay, if any, in the conclusion of trial cannot be examined. 5. In view of above, this application fails and is liable to be dismissed. 6. It is accordingly dismissed.
