The case of the prosecution is that there are civil disputes between de-facto complainant and the accused and others in respect of agricultural land. While so, in the morning hours of 15.05.2023, de-facto complainant along with others went to her agricultural land, juncture, accused No.1 came there and abused de-facto complainant i ' filthy language. Thereafter, accused Nos.2 to 4 had came there and attacked de-facto complainant, her husband and father-in-law. alleged that accused Nos.4 hacked husband of de-facto complainant his face with a sickle, due to which he received injuries on his nose and right eye. Accused No.3 beat father-in-law of de-facto complainant and accused No.1 also said to have beaten de-facto complainant. Sri Suresh Kumar Reddy Kalava, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence; he is falsely implicated in this case; he is sole breadwinner of his family; he is ready to abide any conditions to be imposed by this Court, and it is urged to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner/Accused No.4. 4. Per contra, Ms.P.Akila Naidu, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, opposed in granting of pre-arrest bail stating that investigation is not completed; if the petitioner is enlarged on pre-arrest bail, he would not be available for the investigation and he will repeat the same offence. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor further submitted that the petitioner/Accused No.4 involved in 302 of ‘the IPC’ in one case 326 of ‘the IPC’ in another case i.e., Cr.No.88 of Tirumala Rural Police Station, Cr.No.27 of 2022 of Y.V.Palem Police Station, and it is urged to dismiss the bail application. 5. Perused the record. 6. As seen from the record, the learned Single Judge of this Court on 13.09.2023 in Crl.P.No.6754 of 2023 in respect of petitioner/accused 4 Dr. YLR, J Crl.P.No.6704 of2025 Dated 23.07.2025 No.4 dismissed the bail application filed by other accused and also this present petitioner/Accused No.4 on the ground that there are specific overt acts attributed against the petitioner/A-4. The investigation is not yet completed as per the submissions of the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 7. In view of the gravity and nature of allegations, and specific acts attributed against the petitioner/A-4 and his involvement in two other crimes, there are no merits arrest bail to the petitioner/Accused No.4. In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. 9.
