Pursuant to the above documents, learned advocate for the petitioner, upon instructions, submits that majority of grievance is satisfied and he will approach the school authority for the remaining benefits i.e. higher pay-scale, seniority, etc., by making appropriate application/ representation. In view of above, the present petition is disposed of. C/SCA/4222/2018 ORDER DATED: 08/07/2025 It would be open for the petitioner to make necessary application before the school authority within a period of two weeks from today. If such application is made by the petitioner, the authorities concerned shall decide the same, in accordance with law and keeping in mind the fact that the employee has retired in the year 2014, within a period of four weeks thereafter and communicate the outcome thereof to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.
