In terms of the notice at Annexure-E, grounds are made out regarding the activity of the petitioner being contrary to the zoning regulations and sanction plan. Various other grounds are made out. 3. It is the case of the petitioner that there must a reasonable opportunity for responding to the notice at - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:17384 WP No. 12177 of 2025 Annexure-E as a consequence of the order if eventually passed, would affect his civil rights. 4. In light of the relief sought for, it would be appropriate to dispose off the writ petition as follows: a) Notice at Annexure-E to be treated as a show cause notice and reply made at Annexure-F may be taken note of and petitioner may be granted an opportunity to file additional reply. Such additional reply to be filed by the petitioner within 3 weeks from today.
