Petitioner whereby she came to be transferred from the existing station to Parvathipuram Manyam District. Petitioner presently working as Account Officer in the office of the 3^^ respondent. By proceedings dated 07.04.2025 issued by the 2"^^ respondent all the District Health Medical Officers were called upon to secure the contract agreements from all NHM contract employees before 10.04.2025. The DMHO of Srikakulam appears to have been suspended on 04.04.2025, therefore, the process of securing the contract agreements could not be completed on time and in the process there was some delay. As Such, She now has been transferred by impugned proceedings dated 20.06.2025. The petitioner submitted representation dated 25.06.2025 to the 2'"'^ respondent explaining reasons for non- compliance in securing agreements within time line prescribed in the Circular Memo and sought to review the transfer orders, which is stated to be pending. 3 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice to direct the 2"'^ respondent to consider aforesaid representation and pass appropriate orders. 3. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law. In view of the above aforesaid submissions, as it appears that the petitioner is only account officer and the Circular Memp has fixed the responsibility on DMHO 5. in the present case the Officer concerned came to be suspended on 04.04.2025, and having regard to the explanation afforded by the petitioner requires reasonable consideration, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with the following direction; The 2"*^ respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.06.2025 and the explanation offered therein and pass appropriate reasoned order by re-considering the orders transfer issued by Proceedings NO.2869961/CHFW/NHM/2025, dated 20.06.2025 within a period of seven (07) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
