The present application has been moved for restoration of WP227 No. 270 of 2025 which was dismissed on 05.05.2025. 2. Learned counsel for applicants would submit that on account of some unavoidable circumstances, no one could appear before this Court when the matter was taken up for hearing, therefore, WP227 No. 270 of 2025 was dismissed for want of prosecution. She would submit that the applicants have good case on merits and they are interested in pursuing the matter. She would pray to restore the writ petition to its original number. 3.
