Cr.MP No. 3610 of 2025 Today petitioner is present in person. The present application has been filed for cancellation of non-bailable warrants of arrest. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier she has no instructions because the petitioner wants to engage a Senior counsel but now he has imparted instructions to the present counsel. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in future she would be appearing in the Court on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, non-bailable warrants issued against the petitioner are ordered to be recalled. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted four weeks’ time for hearing.
