Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 131 of 2025(n) corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 109 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 22(b) and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Commissioner-cum-Special Judge, NDPS, Ranchi. 3. On 23.05.2025 at about 3.00 am, on the basis of confidential information, house of co-accused Sejal Khan was raided and the petitioner was apprehended at the spot. On search, 110 grams of brown sugar was recovered from his possession. 4. It was submitted that quantum of seized contraband comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 5. Mr. Bhola Nath Ojha, learned Spl. P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Commissioner-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Ranchi, in connection with Kotwali P.S.
