In light of the order that the Court proposes to pass in the petition, no notice is being issued to respondent No.6, as no order adverse to the interest of respondent No.6 is being passed. 2 3. The grievance of the petitioners, who claim themselves to be the member of respondent No.6 Committee is that despite the expiry of the term of the elected members of the Committee of respondent No.6, no fresh elections are being conducted. 4. Without making any observation on the issues raised in the writ petition, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioners shall approach the Registrar concerned afresh on this particular issue of election by way of representation within two weeks from today and appropriate call shall be taken thereupon by the Registrar concerned within four weeks as from the date of the receipt of the representation after adhering the principles of natural justice.
