Her case is that, on completion her normal tenure of service at the present place, where she was posted on 24.05.2021, she preferred a representation on 21.07.2025 (Annexure P-5) to respondent No.2, seeking her transfer, invoking Clause 5.2 of the Transfer Policy that provides 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - concessions to certain categories of employees and also defines concession to the wives of soldiers, serving in Indian Army. Apart from claiming benefit of wife of soldier, petitioner has also given details of certain family circumstances, for which she is seeking transfer. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner’s aforesaid representation has not been decided by the respondents till date by the respondents. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable notification/policy within a period of three weeks from today.
