Tsanglo, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that taking into account that there would be a requirement of challenging the policy on the basis of which the appointments have been made on land ownership basis, she may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition without prejudice to her right to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action along with a challenge to the Notification dated 05.03.2018. 2. Mr. N. Mozhui, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.1, 2 & 4 and Mr. M. Longkumer, the learned Government Advocate submit that they have no objection. 3. Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition stands closed on withdrawal. 4.
