Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Korrah P.S. Case No. 52 of 2025 corresponding to Special POCSO Case No. 48 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 64, 115(2), 117(2), 129, 130, 74, 308(5), 308(6), 352, 351(2), 351(3), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 4, 8, 12 of the POCSO Act and cognizance has been taken for the offences under Sections 64, 115(2), 352, 352(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 4 and 8 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-III-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Hazaribagh. 3. On the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is aged about 17 years. Later on, the petitioner refused to marry her. 4. It appears from the impugned order that the parties are in consensual physical relationship since last two years. 5. It was submitted that there is delay of two years in lodging the present case. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Addl. Sessions Judge-III-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Hazaribagh, in connection with Korrah P.S. Case No. 52 of 2025 corresponding to Special POCSO Case No. 48 of 2025. (Ambuj Nath, J.) R.Kr.
