Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner intends to highlight the illegalities purportedly being committed by Gram Panchayat Rpouh Mishra, Tehsil Amb, District Una, H.P. 2. On a query put to the learned counsel for the petitioner that what is the personal interest of the petitioner in the issue, he informs the Court that the petitioner happens to be a resident of the Panchayat and he is raising this issue as a pro bono publico. That being the case, the petitioner has to file public interest litigation. 2 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petitioner be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a petition in the form of Public Interest Litigation. 4.
