The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is 2. % s, arraigned as accused No.2 in Crime No.352 of 2025 on the file of the Tirupathi Rural Police Station, Tirupathi District, for the alleged offence under Sections 318(4), 336(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 351(2), 61(2) r/w 3(5) of BNS. / It is submitted that the 2'^'^ respondent and the 1 intended to purchase a property admeasuring 179.38 square yards in their joint St 3. accused initially names in the year 2023. It is further submitted that the petitioner is the purchaser of the said plot from the 1®' accused and was not aware of any prior understanding between the 1®* accused and the 2*^^ respondent. The petitioner is a bona fide purchaser, having paid the sale consideration by transferring the amount through RTGS to the account of the 1®^ accused. It is submitted that the 1®* accused executed and registered a valid sale deed in favour of the petitioner. However, the petitioner is now falsely implicated as a co-accused in Crime No.352 of 2025. Considering the submissions that the entire sale consideration was paid 4. through RTGS, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Criminal Petition with a direction to the Station House Officer, Tirupathi Rural Police Station, Tirupathi District, to complete the investigation without taking any coercive steps against 3 the petitioner, duly taking into consideration that the entire sale consideration was paid by the petitioner through RTGS. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed off. 5. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
