ORDER:-
1. The present revision is filed questioning the order dated 07.05.2024 passed in EP No. 18 of 2019, on the file of Principal Civil Judge (Junior Division), Sullurpet. The petitioner is the
Judgment Debtor. The Decree holder filed the above E.P. under
Order 21 Rule 37 and 38 of Civil Procedure Code for arrest of the petitioner herein so as to recover an amount of Rs.3,11,435/- as per the decree dated 12.07.2018 in OS.No.1 of 2017. Despite service of notice, none appears for the respondent. At that stage of admission this Court by order dated 05.08.2024,
directed the petitioner to deposit,an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of above Executive Petition, within a
2. period of six (06) weeks. It is represented by counsel for t. e petitioner that he has complied with the said order. He further submits that, if some more time is granted to the petitioner, the remaining amount will
3. be deposited.
n :: 2 :: Having considered the said submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the present revision petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to deposit the remaining amount due in the Executive Petition within a period of three (03) months from today. It is I needless to mention that the respondent is atjiberty to take steps in accordance with law, in case the petitioner does not comply with this order.
