ORDER:
The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“....to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent no 3 in not proceeding for any enquiry on the SPANDANA Report lodged by the petitioner vide its No.1130/2016 dated 26.09.2019 despite the dame is endorsed by the 2nd respondent to the 3rd respondent to conduct enquiry as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and also violation of Articles 14,19,21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent no 3 to expedite the enquiry and pass ...”
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions would submit that Petitioner made a petition dated 26.09.2020 to respondent No.2 in SPANDANA GRIEVANCE CELL requesting to take action against respondent No.4. During enquiry, detailed statement of the Petitioner was recorded. Further, case and counter cases were registered against the Petitioner as well as Sri Salagala Jeevaratnam and others and the cases under investigation and accordingly enquiry report is submitted to the Sub Divisional Police Officer, Chirala Division. There is no iota of truth in the allegations made by the Petitioner in his SPANDA PETITION and would submit that this Court may pass appropriate orders by disposing of this Writ Petition.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that this Court may pass appropriate orders by disposing of this Writ Petition.
In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
